Design and Planning

Most projects need, at a minimum, a conceptual design as the first step. Residential Renaissance LLC will produce scale drawings for smaller projects in-house, while larger, more elaborate projects will be handled by architectural firms with which we frequently work. From these drawings we'll produce a budgetary number or detailed proposal, depending on the stage of the project. Upon acceptance of the proposal, a project schedule is produced.

Contracting

Many projects require additional skilled and licensed individuals to assist. For example, a "simple" bathroom could require upwards of ten different subcontractors for a successful outcome. Residential Renaissance LLC has long-standing relationships with some of the finest subcontractors and material suppliers around, and not only works with them on the project, but coordinates the entire project from start to finish.
